Hi thankyou so much for your interest in Monets Nail Studio before booking an appointment please make sure to read through our policies
Refunds are not provided If there are any issues with your service please do not hesitate to contact us we are happy to offer a complimentary adjustment / fix within 7 days of your initial appointment. Please note that this adjustment / fix does not apply for complete changes like designs, or color changes but rather for issues like missing charms, or chipping ; in the case of a complete change additional charges will apply.
Monets nail studio has a 48 hour cancellation notice policy if you miss, cancel, or reschedule your appointment with less than a 48 hour notice you will be charged a 50% of service fee. We do allow a 15 minute grace period appointments after the 15 minute grace period the appointment will be considered missed. if we are still able to accept your appointment after the grace period we may have to reduce the service and or charge a late fee. If by chance you are running late please notify us as soon as you can this gives us the best ability to accommodate you if possible
For any questions, requests, or concerns please feel free to contact us through our email, phone, or social media. if you are wanting an extremely detailed and complex nail art set that is not displayed in booking and would involve a lot of intricate artwork feel free to reach out to get pricing. And if you need to make changes to your service before your appointment like slight design, or add-ons please make sure to notify us at least 48 hour before so that we can factor it in to your appointment time
